Our goals are to follow as many review sites as possible and carefully comb through the negative and positive reviews for signs of fraud or trigger-happy customers. We plan to be the watchdog, to watch over both consumers and businesses alike, allowing them a choice, free from destructive influences.

We will contact review sites like Trustpilot and Sitejabber and present them with why we believe the reviews in question are questionable, then politely ask them to remove them. If they will still not remove them, we will forward our collected evidence to the FTC, The Competitions and Markets Authority (CMA) and other relevant legal bodies.
We are confident that whenever the evidence is presented in a clear and impartial manner, the websites involved will have to respond fairly. When we believe a review is fake, we will never give up until it can no longer cause damage. However, we or no one else can guarantee that a review can be removed.
