It is only recently, after a week scanning for fake reviews, that we came face to face with the enormous task before us. It is slow, it is difficult, and it is an arduous journey. However, we believe that with a strong faith in what we are doing and your donations however small, fake reviews can be overcome.

Noticeboard

Due to the recent libel case Summerfield Browne Ltd v Waymouth https://bbc.in/3qVYDTF fakesoff.com are advising all reviewers to be vigilant in their use of language. Stating that a company or business are 'scammers' or 'thieves' as a matter of fact, can open the door for the injured party to sue. Most of us are guilty, in a fit of momentary anger, of shouting out words we later come to regret. Please do not let that regret cost you more than you can afford to lose.

“Holding internet platforms accountable for the words or actions of their users is one thing, and the federal precedent uniformly dictates that Section 230 does not allow it. Holding internet platforms accountable for their own misdeeds is quite another thing".
